Instructions:
- First wash the rice in the bowl of water until.(No soap, just water).
- Then Leave the bowl with rice and water in it to soke for an hour.
- After steam the rise in the rice cooker. Top Tip: To make so the rice doesn't stick onto the bottom of the rice cooker steer it with the wooden spoon.
- After that you add two table spoons of vinegar mixed with sugar so the rice becomes more sticky.
- Now cut the cucumber into two/one long strips.
- After that put the seaweed on the sushi rolling mat so it fits on the rolling mat.
- Next put a not too big amount of rice on the seewead just so it coveres about two thirds of of it.
- Next take the strip of salmon and the strip of cucumber and put it horizontally in the midle of the rice on the seewead.
- Now roll the sushi rolling mat so it just doesn't touch the rice.
- Then wrap the leftover seewead around it.
- After that take the knife and cut the roll into thin pieces.
